FOR USA CUSTOMERS:
On July 30, 2025, the U.S. government issued an executive order titled “Termination of De Minimis Treatment for All Countries” regarding mail to the United States.
Under this executive order, starting August 29, 2025, mail containing goods imported for personal use (taxable mail) will no longer be eligible for duty-free treatment, and tariffs will be imposed. On August 15, 2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced new guidelines regarding the elimination of de minimis rules, which require that transport operators pay the customer’s customs deposits to CBP and prepare customs declarations upfront.
The U.S. government has different tariff rates assigned depending on the country the product is manufactured, even if it is shipped out from another country. For example although all Bandai Japan products are designed in Japan, most of their products are manufactured in China.
With that being said, we are still accepting orders from the USA, however, customers from the USA must pay tariffs on their orders, and the tariffs must be received prior to shipping out the item, or border services will either reject or dispose of the package.
If you are from the USA and would still like to order despite the tariff charges, you can send an email with a list of the items in your order (A screenshot/picture of your cart would probably be easiest) and I can give you a shipping estimate with the tariff costs. If you place an order this way, the package will make it through the USA border and you shouldn’t have to pay any additional fees other than the pre-paid tariffs.
