RETURN POLICY
I normally do not accept general returns or exchanges. If your item is clearly defective fresh out of the box, you can mail it back to us for a return. Requests must be placed within 5 days of confirmed delivery. I will inspect and test the item and if it is found be truly defective, we will also refund the return shipping label on top of the product value.
If you receive the wrong product in your order, please contact us to provide additional information for us to resolve the issue.
Please note that returns do not cover:
General QC paint discrepancies from the manufacturer
Buyers who purchased an SG version instead of a DX version due to not reading the description / title / pictures
(Example: DX Lockseeds have lights and sound, SG Lockseeds only have sounds)Items clearly damaged on purpose by the buyer or damaged through negligent use of the product. If the item was purposely destroyed, a refund will not be provided
Anything marked as USED or AS IS
Any items that are marked as USED or AS IS have been tested beforehand manually by myself; if there are any defects or missing functionality in the product, it will be stated in the listing
